Lawrence Rand were incredibly helpful when we had to sell my sister's flat after she died. They had plenty of buyers lined up for open day; they held the keys and showed them round and we had offers straight away. Unfortunately it took six months to exchange contracts but that was certainly not the fault of Lawrence Rand, who kept in touch throughout and did their best to get things moving. Sometimes they had staff changes but there was always someone else ready to take over. Unfortunately one of the staff who left gave the buyers some incorrect information about the flat, but the person who did that is no longer with the company. Thanks to Robin, Andrew, Emma and all the team - continuing the proud tradition of Brendons who were in the area so many years ago. It's good to use a local firm who know their properties and local buyers' needs.

I accepted a flat on rent from Lawrence and Rand, but to be quite honest, I didn't think it was worth it because the day we moved in, we started having a lot of problems that Lawrence's agent was supposed to take care of before renting us a flat. However, Mr. Graham was the rudest person I have ever encountered at this company. He never even bothered to listen to others, sticking to his beliefs and wanting to prove himself correct even though he is always incorrect. On top of that, he can yell at tenants whenever he pleases. Mr Danny never have any solution for any problems. In the end, nobody is available to assist you, either. But yes, after all the trouble, we got Laura Butler, the most stunning and helpful employee at the Lawrence Rand Agency. She is, I must add, always willing to provide a hand and quickly find solutions to your difficulties.
