Awful

booked me in for a house viewing that was known to be sold - didn't tell me this and I found out it was sold via board outside - when contacted - was told - "sorry - we are really busy at the moment"

If you're renting be careful of hidden fees upon check out. They apparently don't like to put such fees in your actual contract. Also don't be fooled into then thinking you're paying for a service from them with that check out fee - you shouldn't expect to receive any communications in a timely manner.
