Over the past 3 years We had to sell both our mothers homes. They ended up in care homes and during the sale of one house our mother passed away. This then required going through probate , the sale we had was lost and we ended up in the market stall due to the war in Ukrane. Throughout all of this the staff at Hannah James were fantastic. They felt our pain! They treated us as friends rather than sellers. Despite many issues they persevered and the property was sold. Having them local, onsite and combined with the solicitors made the frequent issues so much easier to solve. Our other property had a few issues, but again being local they just got on with them and we acheived the asking peice. We have nothing but praise of their services.

I was very happy with the way the house was marketed. The valuation was right and a good price was achieved for the property. Hannah was also very reassuring throughout the process.
