Professional and expert local knowledge

The team at Hannah James worked very hard on our behalf. Unfailingly professional, they deliver a friendly, personal service, and have excellent local knowledge. I would definitely instruct them again. Using the associated law firm for the conveyancing made for a seamless process, that also offered good value for money.

Excellent and personal customer service

We had an excellent customer experience from Manchester Durman. James Manchester was exceptional as both an estate agent and conveyancing solicitor. During an unpredictable housing market, James and the team sold our house very quickly and for a good price. The team were always professional and available. The telephone was answered promptly - no hanging on for an answer machine - and email was also managed effectively. Every member of the team gave us time so that we felt very valued customers. By combining the solicitors with the estate agents we were able to communicate easily and readily with James to understand the legal aspects of the sale and purchase. The quality of service received was not at the expense of speed - the sale and purchase proceeded quickly with James working proactively to maintain the pace, minimising the chance of losing our dream property. We would highly recommend Manchester Durman for their sales and conveyancing services.

Personal Service

We recently completed a house sale in Sanderstead with Manchesters. Several things really impressed us. The knowledge of the local area, frequent communication so that we were always aware of progress, the degree of personal service and awareness of our property details were much better than any previous dealings with estate agents. No hesitation in recommending them to vendors.

Very satisfied with Hannah James Estates

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout and kept us informed at every stage of the process. There were some slight delays before both exchange and completion and we ended up having to reduce the price in order to keep the sale, but this process was very well and tactfully managed by the agents.

Slow and rare feedback and on several occasions no-one available on the Estate Agency staff when calling by telephone

We carried out 26 viewings in the first week of marketing and achieved offers over the asking price in that week, one of which was accepted which is actually exceptionally fast.
