Personal Service

We recently completed a house sale in Sanderstead with Manchesters. Several things really impressed us. The knowledge of the local area, frequent communication so that we were always aware of progress, the degree of personal service and awareness of our property details were much better than any previous dealings with estate agents. No hesitation in recommending them to vendors.

Very satisfied with Hannah James Estates

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout and kept us informed at every stage of the process. There were some slight delays before both exchange and completion and we ended up having to reduce the price in order to keep the sale, but this process was very well and tactfully managed by the agents.

Slow and rare feedback and on several occasions no-one available on the Estate Agency staff when calling by telephone

We carried out 26 viewings in the first week of marketing and achieved offers over the asking price in that week, one of which was accepted which is actually exceptionally fast. If agency staff are out on viewings, they will always return your call as soon as they are back.
