We had a problem with a buyer pulling out at the last minute, Manchester Durman were on the case straight away & we found another buyer in no time at all & eventually sold the house for a lot more money. James did all the conveyancing on my onward purchase, he suggested I get a drain survey after telling him the age of the property, thank god I did, the drains will require replacing at rear & front relined, I managed to get more off the house price because of this.
