Although they found me tenants straight away, the service afterwards is very poor, they never return your calls, never answer your queries, as long as the money is being paid, that is all what they are interested in, you just don't exist!

I went to Streets Ahead around midday on Saturday. The lights were on, the door said that they were open but nobody visible from outside and no doorbell. I tried calling on the phone but no response and the call was not diverted to a main branch.

I don’t really write reviews but unfortunately we have experienced the worst in one of their sales people. He was very rude and arrogant. Had our property valued by this agent but went with another agent in the end. So he called us late night and discouraged us about choosing the other agent and then said with a very arrogant tone of voice that hey don’t need our property anyway. Very unprofessional.

Horrible Customer Service Pretty sure their deleting their bad reviews would not recommend this Estate Agent title says it all. Check their trust pilot reviews for the honest opinions.

useless been waiting months for my toilet to be fixed come home today to my boiler not working which I've never had a gas safety certificate for absolutely rubbish communication with anyone from streetsahead a complete joke

We’ve spoken to our Property Maintenance Department who have said that they’ve been in touch with you and have managed to arrange a contractor appointment for today, to look at your toilet and boiler. We have a FixFlo online maintenance system, which can be used to report maintenance problems 24/7. We believe you have now been sent the link for this.
