Their competitors were either asking for huge deposits up front, were completely unsympathetic to our circumstance (NHS worker moving 300miles for next placement, no I can't come for a face to face interview during lockdown 🤦‍♂️) or were downright rude. Deanna on the other hand was helpful, friendly and professional, she listened and understood our requirements and helped us every step of the way through the process. The video viewing was clear, well shot and detailed. The online app Goodlord is easy to use to deal with the reference checks and contractual paperwork, the whole team is friendly and knowledgeable, and they've gone the extra mile to help us at every point in the process!
