What a wonderful bunch of people! The customer service standard provided by Martin & Co in Hillsborough far exceeded the service levels I have experienced of other estate agencies in Sheffield. A really big contrast compared with their competitors. From the initial call and as a newcomer to the rental market, Martin & Co provided the upmost professional service in guiding me and renting my 3 bed luxury apartment to suitable tenants, this was all done within 2 weeks of the property being marketed on Rightmove. I could not recommend Georgia, Josh and Gina enough for their excellence and attention to detail through the whole process. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, honest, straight talking and most certainly delivered on their promise. I would recommend this local agency without any hesitation. A definite 5 star!
