Quick and smooth sale from beginning to end
After a lifetime of living in the same property, it was a difficult decision to sell. Sarah and Amy attended the property and put my mother at ease and explained the whole process to her. They were both understanding of her needs and were courteous at all times. Sarah was amazing and explained the sale process to us and was always on hand when we had questions during this. Communication throughout was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for all the help and support provided during this.

B Simmons are the ones to go to !!!!!
I can’t thank Sarah and colleagues for their professionalism throughout an extremely difficult sale and purchase during Covid. Both the sale and purchase were fraught with soooo many unimaginable problems, but Sarah was there constantly guiding me over every hurdle with support and empathy beyond her role. Sarah commented that these were the most difficult transactions she has ever dealt with, and without her there were times when I wanted to give up, but Sarah got me through it. Having completed after 8 months of transactions I feel I have gained a new property but lost a friend. 5 STAR WELL DESERVED SERVICE. I can’t thank you enough

Great communication, never gave up
After a bad experience with my previous agent, Leigh from BSimmons in Farnham took over. I found him to be friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, I always knew what was going on and he managed to get me loads of viewings. Unfortunately the market wasn’t great at the time so it took a while to sell. Once I had an offer Sarah took over until completion. Again she kept me updated at every stage and chased things on my behalf without any prompting, I would definitely recommend this local estate agents over a national company - they are more knowledgable about the area and you receive a friendly and personal service.

Highly Recommended Agent!
Thank you to Sarah & Team... We were never let down from the moment our property was marketed, they had numerous people booked in from the onset, achieved the price we wanted & they were always on hand to give expert advice & assistance on our onward purchase even though they weren't the appointed agent... Always very professional but also willing to go that extra mile to make you feel you were their only client at all times A trusted agent which at times felt like you had gained a friend to help through the stressful times

Will definately use them again
Selling a property is a stressful process but my experience was certainly made easier by the team at B Simmons on Farnham Road Slough. Any concerns or issues were dealt with promptly and I was kept in the loop the entire time and with each step of the process. Staff were friendly and willing to help so i would definately recommend the Farnham Road slough team to other sellers/buyers.
