I would like to say B.Simmons have provided top service for purchasing a property. I dealt with Sarah and she was so friendly and helpful, there were a couple of times I didn't understand some points during the transaction and rather than going back to my solicitor I approached Sarah and she would explain to me in easy terms what I needed to know with regards to the conveyance transaction. This is the second time I have had very good experience with B.Simmons as in 2014 I sold my house with them and like again the transaction was smooth :)

Generally, very professional, friendly and efficient.

We found a couple Estate Agents that charged less money for the service of selling, however, having dealt with B . Simmons and Son before, we felt comfortable and confident in the knowledge that they would do a good job - and they did! The staff were always polite, cheerful and willing to help, even during frustrating times. Excellent communication and professionalism, I would definately choose them again.

From the first initial meeting to consider the sale of the property I was impressed with a positive approach to marketing the property. The agent told me that he thought the house would sell quickly. How right he was. Within days of accepting their terms the house was photographed and put on the market. I was kept fully up to date and informed of all viewings. The house was sold within the month and funnily enough to the first person who viewed it. What service. Being a first time buyer, I was very pleased with the service provided by BSimmons and Son, Farnham Branch team, especially Sarah Campbell. She was always courteous and professional. I had viewed many properties through this branch and was always updated on the viewing timings and on any offer placed. Jim/Leigh had shown me most of the properties and both of them were on time in the property, awaiting for us to visit and always gave the valuable, honest information about the property they are aware of. And Sarah takes over from there and my experience had been wonderful right from beginning till the end of the purchase. She regularly followed up with solicitors, kept me updated on the status of purchase. She never shy away from following up with self or seller for sale to go smooth. All issues or queries were handled by her professionally and got that sorted in short time. And above all, she completely understands how stressful House buying would be for first timers and always dealt our silly questions will due patience. Thanks Sarah for finding us our first home.
