Good Experience

Overall a very good experience, proactive attentive and responsive providing guidance where required as I'm not that experienced at selling property. My only gripe would be having to remind the estate agent on a couple of occasions to ensure that after viewings the property was left secure I.e conservatory door was both closed and locked. Despite this I would still recommend them as the sale in my opinion was concluded quickly and I will be using the agent to let my existing property once I have found a suitable property to buy.
