I rented a property with John Shepherd (Solihull) for almost 2 years. We actually had a really good experience and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner. Upon checking out we received our full deposit back (minus the check out fee) though we did spend 2 full days cleaning the property to make sure it was faultless!

We had a viewing with John Shepherd recently. The house wasn’t the right one for us, but the experience of dealing with the estate agents was great. Tom got back to us very quickly and managed to accommodate our limited availability. He was also really helpful on the viewing itself. His knowledge on the property was excellent, but it was his knowledge of the local area that really impressed us. Great experience, very professional.

Dare I say I had the upmost pleasure of dealing with John Shepherd, being let down by other letting agencies in the past I was blown away by the customer service I received from Carly at their Solihull branch. She has been a pleasure to deal with, from her attentive emails right to her warm welcome. When asked "do you have any questions", there is nothing we could think of, everything was covered in concise detail. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Carly!!

John Shepherd was recommended to me by a friend as I was a first time buyer and needed all the help I could get. I spoke to Sophie over the phone and she advised me that it would be better if i came in to do a property search with her in person. She made me feel calm, confident in her abilities and at ease with the whole experience.
