I mostly dealt with Ella and I must say up till I got in touch with Intire, my letting agent experience in Bristol had been pretty bad. Ella and Intire really made me feel that they were ALSO looking after the tenant, not just the landlords. She and the rest of the team answered my every question, helped and accomodated where they could. I would highly recommend them to both landlords and tenants alike. They are trustworthy, keep their promises and give honest advice, a rare thing in the renting market nowadays. Intire should feel very happy to have Ella asn the rest of the team.

I've been renting out just the one property for the past 17 years and until 5 years ago have used a number of different letting agents who were all fairly shoddy. That is until I used Intire whose service far exceeds those of other letting agents I've used in the Bristol area. I've used Intire twice now and on both occasions, all their staff have been hugely helpful and they managed to find me excellent tenants in a very short time. They also provide other services over and above those offered by other letting agents included in the price, such as offering a Gas Certificate service, an inventory and changing over all the bills. As I don't live close to the property all these 'add-ons' have made the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend them.

We have been renting our house for over 4 years with Intire. We were to live out of the UK, for a few years and needed an agent to manage our property. We contacted Intire and they came around the next morning, they found 2 tenants within 18 hours and we were signed up with the chosen tenant within 4 days. Our tenants have been very good, and when those little things go wrong as they do with every house they find one of their contractors to come and fix it very quickly and in my view at a very good price. Every time I need to chat to them, which to be honest is not often at all they are extremely helpful. They regularly inspect the property which give you peace of mind that all is ok and send some pictures if minor things need attention. They manage all the gas safety checks etc and their portal to their website shows you all the income etc which is great for when you need to do your dreaded tax return! All in all we have had a seamless 4 years renting with Intire and I now have one of my friends using them as well and getting the same excellent service. Highly recommended if you want a fully managed service like us.
