As a new landlord, I found the company impressive right from the start and have stayed extremely satisfied with their high standards. They quickly found us suitable tenants, so that we have not had to use their “re-let for free” service, but have used the free gas safety check annually which is a bonus, as was the no management fee for the first three months. Every time there has been a job which needs doing (often happens with an older property) Intire have responded quickly and efficiently, organising quotes and using their considerable local expertise to effect a repair. They communicate well, their admin skills are excellent and reliable and they work together as a team.
