Intire managed our house in Bristol for 3+ years and they were excellent. We don't live locally so had to rely on them to sort out all aspects of the property and tenants, which they always did quickly and efficiently. Quick responses to emails, patience when we were indecisive, straightforward explanations and fees. Highly recommended.

The downend agency particularly Kayleigh were amazing. They go out of their way to help you in whatever way they can. Kayleigh even called the home office for us to try and sort out a right to rent problem we were having which was very kind and not really part of her job. We are very thankful for all her help. Unfortunately the other side of the team the referencing and financial offices which are in Worcester. They are so hard to get hold of on the phone and they messed us about with bad communication and moved our moving in date 3 times which left us homeless for some days. So it was really appalling. We can’t praise the downend office enough but I think some of the Worcester office in the campions group need to be fired as we know it wasn’t just us that they were messing around.

We haven't needed to have much dealing apart from sourcing new tenants periodically, which they have done efficiently. Our flat was on the market for a long time before selling - the staff have made suggestions along the way as well as respected our thoughts until we secured a buyer.
