The younger staff here are really helpful, but the rest of the staff need to get their act together and learn how to look after their clients, especially people in rented property, as I am currently. I will make sure I never buy with them

Not a great experience with buying property, as you would expect they will sell by telling the truth and coordinating but nothing happens. Pissed of after getting the key and entering the property. Will never trust them again.

Put an offer in a for a property through whitegates, and have not heard from them if it has been accepted or rejected. Only to realise it has been sold. Poor!

Awful customer service and reluctant to help

Horrible agency. Give you 48h to give an answer after applying, then a week after with no answer, I called to have an update and the person on the phone was very rude and said the landlord had chosen another person although I know it didn’t happen and she was giving this answer just because she was upset of me calling to ask.

I am very annoyed as I had a viewing today when I called whitegates jo answered I explained that I had a viewing at 5.15 but she wouldn't listen and kept telling me about the last appointment booked I then explained I had an email confirming what time my booking was and she still did not acknowledge it she kept repeating the last booking acting that I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about, until I read out the email and gave her the name of the individual who had booked it. This is absolutely appalling behaviour from an older women who has worked at the company for many years, it wont correct the mistake that was made by whitegate by mocking a potential buyer. Jo you really need to sort out your attitude because it is disgusting to treat someone the way you did!!!NegativeProfessionalism
