I am very annoyed as I had a viewing today when I called whitegates jo answered I explained that I had a viewing at 5.15 but she wouldn't listen and kept telling me about the last appointment booked I then explained I had an email confirming what time my booking was and she still did not acknowledge it she kept repeating the last booking acting that I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about, until I read out the email and gave her the name of the individual who had booked it. This is absolutely appalling behaviour from an older women who has worked at the company for many years, it wont correct the mistake that was made by whitegate by mocking a potential buyer. Jo you really need to sort out your attitude because it is disgusting to treat someone the way you did!!!
If I had a chance I would never ever use this agency again. We tried to put an offer on the house but the agent played the game with us saying one day that they had on offer already for 200 then another day he said they had an offer for 190. I think he tried to see if he will get more bookings on the next weekend. Finally he accepted our offer and sent confirmation by email on Friday night. But on Sunday night he sent another email saying that vendor has accepted the higher offer. How can you trust this agency after that? Also even after showing our interest on the property I had to call him few times per day .

Absolutely awful estate agents. I wouldn’t advice anyone to go with them. I was completely in love with the flat I rented with them and this is the only reason I stayed for a long period of time. They would take days if not weeks to respond to any issue within the flat (such as broken doors, leaking showers or broken flooring). They would often not communicate to each other within the office regarding when people had been spoken to, to be able to have the issues fixed. I spent over 6 months with a broken door lock. I had to chase multiple times regarding work being done on the flat. It got to stage I only communicated via email then there could not be any discrepancy as to what information had been passed. There were no emergency numbers provided and when the flat floods due to an old washing machine leaking on a weekend, this is not ideal or proper management of a property. After I ended the tenancy they left a voicemail stating the time and date of an inspection (which would have been charged for if this was missed) when I had not lived in the flat for over 2 months. If I could leave a 0 star rating if I would. Wouldn’t ever use them to rent or buy.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Booked valuations for the sale of a portfolio in the Leeds area (two weeks in advance) and was told the Director would look after me. Mirek (that’s who I was told was the Director) arrived late, then had the audacity to say “it doesn’t matter, he’s late” and when questioned as to why, he says “he left the office late”. What a joke. I would recommend all investors stay away from them.
