The heating engineer left three messages (day 1) & (2 day) for you, and our Fixflo maintenance system shows that you were also given his number 2. The heating engineer came to your property on Saturday (day 3 ) as he was in the area to see if you were home and left a card to say that he was in the area. 3. My officials spoke to you three times yesterday, and it is arranged for the engineer to attend today between 11.30 and 12.30 with keys as you are not going to be home I have checked our maintenance records, and you have had six maintenance jobs dealt with in the last 12 months. Hi Pippa. Really sad to receive a review from you of this nature in light that you and your family had been a tenant with us in the same property for the last ten years I understand that you are upset about not receiving you full deposit back and it is always our intention for deposits to be returned in full. We provided evidence to the Deposit Protection Services of which the Landlod and yourselves agreed to enter into binding arbitration. The independent arbitrator found just cause to award the landlord a portion of the deposit not all of it.
