I highly recommend renting a property through M&P Estates. Hannah has been the most efficient, supportive and kind estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was thoroughly professional and nothing was ever too much trouble; advising me through each step of the renting process and replying to emails with speed. Many thanks to Paul and his team at M&P South Ockendon office for helping us advertise our parents property for sale. Paul is extremely professional, easy to talk to and get along with. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though we found a buyer ourselves in the end, we used their expertise in negotiating and finalising the sale. We all hit a lot of brick walls throughout the transaction but we all persevered together and the sale all went through in the end. I would not hesitate to recommend M&P Estate Agents in South Ockendon. Messages were always passed on through the office and whoever I spoke with was always of a friendly nature and had a professional manner. Paul would always call back as soon as he was available, ready and willing to listen, help, and advise. Thank you again to you all.
