Hannah, Elliot and the whole team at MP Estate agents are absolutely excellent!! They went above and beyond helping me move and buy my first home! Anything I needed was dealt with quickly & effectively, I honestly could not have asked for more! Hannah and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible. So patient and professional. It was not the easiest property to sell but Hannah supported us all the way with regular updates, debriefs, and general support. We would absolutely one hundred percent recommend their sales service. I highly recommend M&P estates as they have provided an exceptional service. I previously had a negative experience with another estate agent which lost me a potential sale. Initially, I spoke to Paul who reassured me how they could help sell my property and what they do differently compared to other estate agents. I had more viewings within a few weeks compared to the 4 months with the previous estate agent. From the start, Hannah has been professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Hannah's negotiation skills, with an offer, was beyond my expectation and she has provided support throughout each stage of the sale. A real strength of M&P estates is their interpersonal skills and their knowledge of what vendors need -making it a bespoke service! Thank you very much M&P!
