Totally unprofessional. Lack of communication, and when they did it was half truths and holding back information to make life more difficult for you and get more money out of you. NOTHING was easy with them. I've never been made so upset, stressed and exhausted by a company before. AVOID!

An awful experience. We were led to believe that a property had been taken off the market. Many days of phone calls ensued, during which they were very vague and unhelpful. I was then told that there was another bid. This was given preference (even though it was exactly the same as ours). With four days to go before our intended move in date we have found ourselves with nowhere to go. Being about 12 years old, their agents don't seem to understand that these issues are quite serious. I would avoid this agency in both renting and buying. Useless, cold and inefficient.

Shocking service. Basically run by three lads with one bit of common sense which they pass about between them. Excessive fees and little empathy outside of their own interests.Particularly when awaiting your deposit. Avoid if at all possible.
