It seems to be a relatively common problem for people to have to deal with this Estate Agency.. and i am in the same situation. Above all the lack of interest is the most annoying.

- Unbelievably bad communication from untrained, inexperienced staff who (through no fault of their own) are frankly out of their depth dealing with such an important part of peoples lives. I went for days and over a week at one point trying to contact the progressions team who seemed incapable of simply returning my call for a status update. - 3 buyers pulled out at the last minute due in no small part to CJ Hole's lack of momentum and basic understanding of property (getting builders quotes for work that was not required due to not being able to understand comments on a homebuyers survey). - I was repeatedly asked to provide the same information over and over after providing it on the first request. Utterly, utterly terrible experience I would not use this agent again nor recommend them to anybody.

CJ Hole destroyed my spirit to such an extent that I barely have enough left to write this review. Here are some of my favourites, or at least as many as I'm able to write before the last of my remaining, withered soul has drained away... - They straight up lied to us, several times. - There is literally no communication between the staff members. - We had to ask/remind/hassle them repeatedly for just about everything, unless it involved us giving them money (then they were unsurprisingly efficient). - They missed appointments without giving notice - The ceiling in our house was literally, actually, falling down and they did nothing. - The person you need to speak to? Oh sorry no, they're not available. - Hidden charges. - Deceptive contracts. - Unhelpful. - Rude. - Can't count. - Pretty sure one of them was wearing his dads suit. - Shouty woman upstairs - Spotty

Lettings Lack of interest, showed us the wrong property, never followed up anything. After spending 2 months searching for a property, they were far and away the worst. Left the shop frequently on a Saturday without any staff who looked like they had more than 2 months experience and these staff did not have a clue

If you would like to deal with adults, or simply individuals who act like adults I would strongly recommend not dealing with this company / branch. This branch is a circus of spotty teens in cheap suits. It is a huge shame that CJ Hole own so many properties south of the river. If you are looking to rent / buy I would strongly recommend reevaluating your needs before dealing with CJ Hole. I understand it is easy to point the finger and blame letting agents for problems and deposit issues but honestly and sincerely, this letting agent is awful.
