I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first home through Parkers. Communication was prompt and clear by all and Emma George, the sales progressor, in particular felt like a real ally. She relentlessly chased my conveyancer to keep things moving along where I otherwise would have felt like I was screaming into the void. The listing was excellent, with a video and 360 tour which I used heavily while trying to visualise layouts. I was greeted to a card and a bottle of prosecco from a polite lady when picking up the keys too, even had a photo taken. Nothing but positive things to say.
