Do not rent a property through these people they are crooks! They are lovely in the office In St Ives but as soon as they have your money they are not interested. I rented a 2 bed in Woodlands Court in St Ives, Lisa Baugh who is the manager of the property management office is a bare face liar and a thief...she is a a rude and twisted individual who in my opinion does not know how to deal with people or customers she has argued with me over several issues and in the end put the phone down on me. Over £200 of my deposit is currently being stolen for so called cleaning that is not required. I rented a flat where they constantly hid the issues from me until the day I moved in - mould - neighbours with alcohol/ drug problems, one even had a poo on my doorstep... Strongly strongly strongly recommend you use somebody else. STAY AWAY

I have had Thomas Morris as a letting agent for a little over 18 months and I would not recommend anyone rent a property managed by Thomas Morris. I was left with intermittent heating for 2 months with absolutely no heating for about 2 weeks. During this time the temperature in the bedroom dropped to 9 Celsius. I was not offered any compensation or any way to alleviate the problem (i.e. electric heater). Thomas Morris have also lost the management keys which meant I had to take time off work to let a contractor into the property. The property inspections are much more intrusive than any other letting agent I have dealt with. Upon moving out of the property I attended a pre-vacating meeting with their property inspector (which I had to take time off work to attend) which was meant to raise any issues that may need attention to allow for an easier final inspection. Several issues were then highlighted on the final inspection that were not mentioned at the pre-vacating meeting. I am glad to be out of the property and not have to deal with Thomas Morris again.

do not want to pay deposit back when the promised. they treat tenants like scum.no hot water or heating for 3 weeks in winter with a under 2 in property. had to move out because landlady selling. house is now sold. we still have no deposit paid back. you are talked down to, they only put landlord 1st.

Communication has been terrible, internal procedures mean you get passed around to different people constantly. As an overseas landlord you provide an awful service which is why I’m moving my property away from you.

Disgusting company. Takes the sides of landlords when tenancy has ended. They hold on to deposits for weeks with no good reason. They lie about if they are in the office to avoid phone calls. DO NOT use this company if you want your deposit back. Hiding behind nonsense “legalities” in order to deflect the blame from the fact they don’t want to give you your money back. HORRENDOUS.
