As a landlord this company is dreadful. Lack of detail on maintenance issues, staff coming & going with no knowledge of the business nor requirements for maintaining properties or relationships with tenants. If that's not bad enough, they are now using a 0203 telephone number and not informed any of their landlords. Avoid!

Unfortunately Thomas Morris had very minimal communication post sale agreement on my house. After the offer was accepted I got ONE phone call on the day of exchange. As I write this it’s my completion day and Thomas Morris have not contacted me at all. If it wasn’t for another agent in the chain (Katy Poore) providing me updates and my own calls to my solicitors I would have been totally clueless the past few months. I even handed the keys directly to my buyers as had no assurance offered from the agents.

Honestly in shock at my partners experience trying to buy her first house from these guys. She’s now been waiting over 14 months since agreeing to buy the property and is no closer to moving in… Still waiting for replies to enquiries, having to have her mortgage extended multiple times, constantly having to chase every little thing for anything to be done. Literally nothing has progressed in the last year and no one seems to have any idea why, I feel so bad for her as it’s taken over the last year of her life and she likely isn’t even going to get the property at this point. I would urge people to consider before dealing with this firm as our experience has been nothing but awful. If there is a member of staff reading this who would care to help her name is Ursula Johnson, she would really appreciate a call from someone proactive.

Poor service and rude negotiatiors. Only interested in the sellors interest not the buyer. Wouldn't use again if I can help it

my son was relocated to the South Coast for work. 6 weeks ago he gave notice and landlord agreed to early release from tenancy. The property is still not back on the market but that's ok because you still get your money but my son has to pay for two properties whilst waiting!!
