I moved to London in November 2020 and had to isolate for 2 weeks. I had to find an apartment in 4 weeks and couldn't quite do a physical viewing the first two weeks. Gemma from oyster properties was very helpful in arranging a virtual viewing and answering all my questions. After my isolation I also wanted to see the place once and Gemma arranged for a viewing on a Saturday. She was very helpful in me finding an apartment and also answering all questions regarding reference checks.
