Gemma was a senzational help with our moving process. We had millions of questions and she was extremely patient and receptive to most of them in prompt time. The property is stunning, we love it so far and it is extremely affordable for what it looks like. Their properties are safe, code locked and very modern, so even when your room is messy, it appears clean. The edgware area where they have multiple properties is a perfect location, with 7 and 10mins walk to jubilee and northern respectively and shops of any kind, a mall, pharmacies, banks, etc. The one slight issue for not giving a 5 star was that we specifically asked for our room to be cleaned before we arrived. We are no close to clean-addicts but the professional cleaning that was done prior to us moving was more for the sake of doing it. There were many compartiments, table tops in the bathroom and corners of the room which had dust and had been ignored by the cleaner. With properties like this when the cleaner only comes to clean the room when someone moves in, the cleaner should do a spotless job, as she only has to come once. We had to reclean everything and that was a bit of a burden as we had not agreed on that. Just because a property is modern does not mean it's actually clean. Lastly, on the instructions sheets, it says that a cleaner comes every 2 weeks to clean the common area but nobody has come since a few months. If you advertise something, you should provide it as well. Otherwise, even though a bit long process with paper work and this cleaning issue, everything else was fine and Oyster staff, especially Gemma, have been very helpful and would recommend to anyone.
