Catrina and her team were the estate agents of the builder, from whom we bought the house. Without their involvement the sale would never have happened. Catrina helped to shape the deal and find a mechanism to make that deal work. There were numerous significant hurdles to overcome and her energy, tenacity, experience, cajoling and straight talking to all parties in the chain were crucial in ensuring the purchase was achieved.
