Two tales to tell - we need to thank the team at Nantwich in the purchase of our new house and the team in Stone for the sale of our existing house. In these difficult times not everything has gone to plan but the teams have communicated at each stage of the process and have demonstrated their level of professionalism. When we chose Du Pavey's for the sale of our house they were selected from 4 different agencies. We had been impressed with the team at Nantwich during the purchase of our new house, but we compared all of the documents, all of the facilities and how they could market the house. Of the four organisations they were the dearest, so our choice was based on their capability to sell. I do not regret our decision. In all it has taken 3 weeks from posting the house for sale to accepting the offer that has been made with all the associated acceptance processes and documents.
