Professional and friendly sales team, great to work with on our sale

The Summertown team were really great and helped us make a good sale of our house in a testing market - the photographer was excellent and brochure a really nice production. They were on the ball in getting the house featured and highlighted in on line advertising, especially after we had a buyer pull out on us after 3 months. It wasn't plain sailing, but I'd recommend Breckons as the best people at the helm.

Estimate and Sale of house in Templar Road, Oxford

I first spoke to Joe about two years ago for an estimated value of the property to be used in negotiations. Very realistic and easy to deal with, rather than pushy and overoptimistic like some others. Came the time to sell the property and we had immediate interest from Joe's existing list of prospective buyers. This narrowed down to three, and we sold for close to Joe's estimate in a reasonably short time, whilst other properties along the road have been on the market for over a year. I should also credit Luke who dealt with most of the viewings, and again, he has been very pleasant and keen to help.
