Joe at Breckon was extremely helpful in enabling us to find our ideal home in Wolvercote. As were the rest of the team we encountered also. Being new to the area and desperate to buy we couldn't fault his professionalism, support, guidance and attention to detail throughout in both supporting us (the buyer) and the seller in what came to be a difficult experience re the chain beneath us. Boy. They know how to manage a sale!

Having tried to sell our very desirable house for over a year (post Brexit vote) and having used International agents (advised us to be far far over priced ) we were made aware of B&B by our neighbours. They wanted to sell 3 years before, B& B found a buyer but they decided not to sell. A great recommendation. Joe is every inch an estate agent from the first impression. But he is great. Tenacious, helpful, moral (I know), did I say helpful? Supportive, available, helpful and overall enough about him to complete a sale on the most difficult market for years. He has a very able team in particular Luke who thinks the problems through without shooting from the hip and Lucy who is most efficient. We’ve recommended them to other neighbours who are selling in the Autumn - and have signed B&B on. Choose them for North Oxford. You won’t regret it.

They know their market

Breckon & Breckon seem to have a clear understanding of the housing market in Wolvercote and the surrounding area. The house was put on the market with the minimum of fuss and offers cam in very soon afterwards. The process from acceptance to exchange was often quite painful but I always felt I was getting support from the staff at B&B. If my main contact was away for any reason a colleague would step in who seemed immediately to know what was going on. I would recommend anybody who was selling in Wolvercote to consider using B&B as their agent.
