Breckon & Breckon sold us our house 6 years ago, and it was a no-brainer that we would return to them now to sell our house for us. Chris and his team are simply one of the best in the Oxford area! We went on the market in early 2017, just as things seemed to be getting more complicated - homes that normally went to sealed bids off-market were taking months to sell. In such a market, what you need is an agent who will be honest with you while also keeping up the commitment to trying to sell your house. B&B did that for us as they do for all their clients, showing the house in over 50 viewings until the perfect buyer finally knocked on our door. That they managed to do so without causing too much disruption to the everyday life for a family with three small children was much appreciated at the time.
