The standard of service received by the Breckon team in Summertown was simply outstanding. They achieved the full asking price for the property and communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for anything more. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are the best in town, We looked at houses with all the usual estate agents but these guys are the best. They helped throughout the entire process and were always available to answer any questions. Joe Tustin in particular deserves a mention as he is a star. From the moment I rang the office to enquire about a rental property I saw listed online I was treated professionally and attentively by the entire team, but in particular by my agent, Ashleigh Swales. She really went the extra mile to help me get the right property at exactly the right time. I am extremely grateful for her assistance.

There are letting agents and there are ... Breckon and Breckon's management of my flat has always been friendly and helpful and the individuals the management team use to maintain the property appear to be decidedly good folk abounding in charm, good sense and the willingness to make sure the tenant is happy with the result of any work. Yesterday I had the delightful surprise to know that the realignment of a washing machine and the subsequent revelation of filth on top of and around it was to be cleaned by the employee as part of the work. This action needs to be recorded and thus this encomium to Messrs B&B.

Sale of Flat and House

We have recently sold our flat and house in Oxford, both through Breckon and Breckon. Looking for a place to rent, we viewed a property with B&B. We were very happy with the flat and just a week after the viewing we had the keys and were already moving in. If you are moving to, or have recently moved to Oxford, you will understand how daunting and exhaustive navigating the rental market can be.
