The agents went out of their way to ensure a smooth sales process, they were always charming, professional and approachable. In the unlikely event we wanted to sell we would approach them first and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends.

They know their market

Breckon & Breckon seem to have a clear understanding of the housing market in Wolvercote and the surrounding area. The house was put on the market with the minimum of fuss and offers cam in very soon afterwards. The process from acceptance to exchange was often quite painful but I always felt I was getting support from the staff at B&B. If my main contact was away for any reason a colleague would step in who seemed immediately to know what was going on. I would recommend anybody who was selling in Wolvercote to consider using B&B as their agent.

Ashleigh and the rest of the Oxford branch have been excellent in helping us to rent our new flat, often going out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly for us. I can't fault them - we're very happy with the property and the service we received.
