Really bad experience. Dishonest, arrogant, rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I was renting a property from belvoir, when I moved in to the property, the gas certificate was about to expire. They knew this, but they then gave me notice the day before to come and service the boiler. I had arranged with belvoir for the gas engineer to call the next day in the afternoon. The morning of that day they gave a key to the engineer, and he let himself into my flat, which was not only a shock, but It was also embarassing as I was getting dressed. I Contacted belvoir after the engineer had gone. I told them how disgusted I was, but there was no apology. Avoid this estate agent at all cost !

I recently sold my house with Belvoir Swansea and they were excellent from start to finish. Darren and Dafydd gave me regular updates throughout the sale, and the house was sold quickly for the full asking price! Having dealt with other estate agents in the past, and been let down/disappointed a number of times, dealing with Belvoir was sooo easy. Would definitely recommend Belvoir- amazing service! Quality service from start to finish. The marketing of our property was excellent, the 360 tour males Belvoir stand out. With the house selling for above the asking price within 5 days of going on the market. What stood out was the quality of service from Sian and Daffydd from this point on, ensuring the whole sale process went through smoothly and quickly. We ended up completing on the sale within 8 weeks from the house going to market. Highly recommended.

Both before and after signing the tenant’s contract the agents (Anthony and Brenda respectively) have answered questions and addressed issues promptly and effectively. The agency provides helpful guidance, documentation and advice to tenants after they move in, and they organise repairs upon inspection or the request of the tenant
