One of the great stresses in modern day life is the sale of the family home. Following a bereavement earlier this year it became sensible for me to consider this option to facilitate being closer to my Grandchildren in my remaining years. It is over 25 years since i last moved House and the business of selling/buying property has profoundly changed. Through a personal recommendation I was introduced to BELVOIR of Swansea-well the Mumbles branch and this proved to be an extremely fortunate introduction. The professionalism and quality service I received far exceeded expectation and whilst away in the Far East on business Dafydd the manager ensured he kept in touch so the sequence during my absence was as follows- Day 1 House gazetted, Day 2/3 several offers received Day 4 Final offer accepted-All done! So the process was started and completed by BELVOIR during my absence. A word too about the quality of the paperwork submitted by this company as it too was impressive. I am now living in pastures new some 4 miles from my Grandchildren and whose sporting activities I can now enjoy.
