Three years ago I became a landlord for the first time. Belvoir was extremely helpful in advising me on the process of becoming a landlord and provided me with very comprehensive tenancy documents including their Terms of Business. My experience with Belvoire has been amazing. I looked at a few estate agents to let out my first property. Belvoire were very professional and explained everything to me as a first time landland very clearly. They kept in regular contact to make sure I was up to date with ( viewings, what I needed to do, weekly report etc ) Staff are also professional, kind and very knowledgeable in what they are talking about.
