Sold our house, the flat we were buying the vendor pulled out at the last minute so we had to rent. In 44 years of house owning we have never rented before however this proved to be an exceptionally pain free experience. The house, in Mumbles, is ideal, it was exactly as described. Sorting out the lease with Belvoir turned out to be easy, with their guidance notes covering most things and I only needed to raise one question which was quickly answered. The Inventory which they provided was absolutely amazing. It must have taken ages to do but covered everything. When we got the keys I thought that I had better take a load of photos to show what the condition was, but it turned out there was no need at all. Every tiny blemish or problem the inventory had found which makes you confident that when finishing there can be no issues about any wear or tear. This professional approach has been typical of everything that Belvoir has done as far as we are concerned. Arrangements for inspections or renewal of Gas Certificates were requested with plenty of notice and Belvoir were happy to accommodate dates that suited us. We have now bought another flat and will move into it in a few months after having had various things sorted out inside it. We will be sad to leave here, the house is terrific, the location great, the service provided by Belvoir exemplary. The only issue we have had is parking, but that is a fact of life for any house that is located so close to the centre of Mumbles. I would whole heartedly recommend Belvoir and all their staff, for the excellent service they have provided. Because they have been so good, and because we have enjoyed this house so much, we have given them as much notice as we can that we are moving so that the house can be let without a break, rather than wait for another couple of months when we are required to give notice.

Great team. They are open for our littlest requests and keep us up to date regarding the state of our flat. Sure sometimes communications breakdown which is both sides fault. The only error they made is sending a laundry machine handyman back and had their own handy man install it while ours had instalment included. They were very professional about it deposited the difference back. Even with this, I love the team and surely looking forward to expand our portfolio with them. The only thing we would like is a more detailed report of how many people had viewed the property each week (when on the market). Personally, I know Belvoir is handling it so I can live with it.
