Oliver is professional, energetic and above all is a finisher

I interacted with Oliver Kent, Vita Properties during a recent purchase of a flat in West Hampstead. I found Oliver very professional. Not only ensured that the interest of the seller was well represented, he worked very hard to bring the buyer (me) and the seller together to achieve a good transaction for both parties. I am particularly impressed by his efforts after the purchase we agreed on price. He continued to contact both sets of solicitors, mortgage broker, and other facilitators to ensure that the sale completed in time and to the benefit of both parties. Oliver was a stand out professional amongst the agents I dealt with during my property sale process.. It was not easy but with the support and guidance from Oliver on how to approach the selling process we were able to overcome many obstacles.. His integrity is of the highest level and his extra effort to get things moving and done was unquestionable. I am lucky to have been introduced to Olvier Kent at Vita Properties. I had to refurbish a property prior to letting and he advised me all through the process. I highly recommend Vita Properties. We have 2 properties and looking after a third for a friend who lives abroad. We were looking for tenants and contacted five estate agents. Vita Properties (VP) were the first to respond to us. They did a survey, gave us advice for improvements and recommended a figure for rent that reflected both; the condition of the property and rents in the area. The team was fantastic to deal with, very reliable and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Vita Properties was the agency that found all three tenants for us immediately. And what’s more, all three tenants are excellent. The background check for each tenant was done professionally and meticulously. We did not need to do anything as they are very knowledgeable and reliable. We were cruising in the Inner Hebrides when the third tenant was found. VP called us and sent text messages but satellite communications from our side was poor. The one call we could make (courtesy of the captain using the ship’s satellite system), we told VP to go ahead and arrange everything – cleaning, inventory and see the tenant into the flat. On our return to London, we were delighted to find the whole process successfully completed and with consummate professionalism. The team are friendly, communicate very clearly, are knowledgeable, give good sound advice and are enthusiastic.
