After having advertised my property for over 6-9 months with big high street names, through a friend I was recommended use an Indepedant - 'Vita'Properties. The understanding of the business, awareness of what the seller required and the emphasis on urgency was outstanding. A buyer was found within 4 weeks, and through out the process, between agreeing the deal and finally completing, Vita were there to hand hold and support the transaction, ensuring any hurdles were overcome. 'It's an art' to be a good agent, so stay away from the 21 year old agent who spouts out the obvious in a property and speak to an advisor who has much more class.
