Absolutely superb letting
We have used Bennett Residential as our letting agent since buying a flat to in summer 2017. We're selling the property now, and the service we've received even as we leave as a customer, has been excellent, above and beyond what you might expect when your last tenant has left. Kathy and Helen in the office have always been superb; quick to respond to messages, courteous, helpful and professional. They have overseen minor repairs and much bigger renovations and have always just dealt with things within their remit and contacted us only when it was appropriate and necessary to do so. I can not recommend this agent highly enough. We've had troublefree letting nearly 8 years now, and that is down to Andy and his incredible team.

Have used twice now for house rental and would give more than 5 stars if possible. Professional yet friendly and approachable. The whole team are a credit to the business and Andy is exactly what you would hope for when making such an important decision as renting a property. Would more than happily recommend and keep using in the future. Support the independents and get the personal feel, makes so much difference.
