Parkers of Tilehurst recently sold my parent's house and they have been excellent throughout the process, providing updates at every stage along the way. The photographs, supporting videos with commentary and drone footage used to market the property were all of a very high quality. Parkers were very confident the property would be sold within 1 month of being marketed and an offer was made 2 weeks from going ‘live’. All the staff at Parkers have been very responsive to my enquiries and very pleasant to deal with. They always made me aware of the viewings and ensured the house was fully secure after each one. We bought our new house and sold our house through parkers. We sold in a week!! Couldnt have been happier. From valuation, to sale and then to completion, everyone at parkers have been helpful, friendly and approachable. The sale and purchase hasnt been simple, and everyone probably cant wait to see the back of me, but as i said they have all been great. Charlie valued our house, and dealt with the sale and the purchase, talking to our buyers and the sellers of our new house , he dealt with the negotiations on both sides and got us a fair price.
