Buyers perspective: Excellent service with prompt response times and high levels of professionalism. Emma and Chanelle were really great with correspondence for the latter part of the process all the way up to exchange, and both were really friendly. Maddie and Elena were also really helpful at the viewing/ offer stage. Had all kinds of contacts recommended from Parkers (e.g Solicitors, Surveyors) which was ideal. I can definitely recommend, completion is coming up shortly and have been really happy with Parkers during the whole process.

Each and everyone of the team throughout the stages have been friendly, helpful, easy to approach. I'm happy we worked together, no regrets at all. I worked well with Maddie, Chanelle and Emma, it felt well taken care of! I have met lots of people though in and out of Parker's and all have been professional and happy to help with no names to pass on unfortunately. I thank the people in Reading town center for their patience everytime we rang wrong branch they where super helpful and polite. To the gentleman who provided the speedy viewings from get go was super nice as well with no name to provide. I have had a good experience all in all. With no hiccups truly. The premises in Parker's was always to a greatly cared for and professional.

Emma had been really helpful in helping us purchasing the property. She sorted us with challenges in the process and answered any questions we had.
