Jess was great through the entire rental process from start to finish. Initially I had called a few months prior and she was guaranteed no business from myself at the time. However she still took time and care to educate myself and help me through my first buy to let. I’m currently still with Lions and hope to continue to stay with them for the forceable future.

I have sold two properties through Lion Estates and Lettings. Both times I've received professional and personal care and attention to detail, throughout the process from Marketing to completion. They are easy to speak to, and work with, and show great respect for their clients and take great pride in their service. They are reliable, take great care and consideration in forming positive experiences, of what is one of the most stressful experiences you can go through! Just because it is a smaller, less well known buisness than some of their larger competitors, don't let this fool you. In my opinion and experience I have received an incredible, thoughtful, and successful experience, both times. I will always turn to Lions estates. I'm proud of what they achieved for me, they successfully completed a lucrative deal for me. Enabling me to buy a larger home and my own piece of happiness. Very grateful for lion estates work on selling my property! Mara found a buyer and the day I agreed to go with her company, that same day we had a viewing. An offer came on day one and on day 2 the house was sold! It never even went online or advertised in the shop! Amazing! I saw other agents but Mara was very 'real' and down to earth. Her price was very competitive and fair play, the whole process with her was straight forward. I was kept in the loop along the way via text and emails. No complaints whatsoever. And no, we are not mates and I've not been paid to write this!
