Excellent service, and fixed all issues we've had with this house. Only issue is that they've taken some time (3 months) to fix some smaller issues. Overall happy.

Let out damp black mould houses do nothing about it other than paint over and re-let lie through their teeth, involved environmental health in the end Ruined health lost hearing due to black mould and pursuing that furniture bedding and clothes destroyed Anything that touched a wall got ruined Several contractors condemned it as unlivable, thankgod we never have to deal with this agency again

The staff is rude turned up 10 mins late and only gave us 5 mins to look around when I rang up to put a holding deposit on the property he said you will have to send us a letter for proof of being evicted from montage company due to landlord not paying it then when I rang up she said sorry it's gone she didn't even give us 10 mins to find the letter she was rude as hell and let me tell you I won't be going with this stupid company ever again rather me homelessNegativeProfessionalism
