Ideal choice for letting in

Found Northwood go be thorough but fair in their letting process. The team there are all helpful and courteous and are always there for you to deal with any queries or problems you may have. Would certainly recommend using them if you need to let a property in the Truro area of Cornwall or you want to let your property out - you won't go wrong using Northwood Truro!

We have been trading with Northwood Truro for the past 5 years and during this time we have found them to be professional and helpfull to both us and the tennant. Payments and communications have been prompt and in a timely manner. All staff encountered have also been helpfull and knowledgeabe with ragard to the business and I have no hesitation in recomending this company.

excellent service all

The service so far has been excellent. Roger arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgable. Everything has been done speedily and efficiently and everyone I have delt with by phone or by email has been very friendly. I cannot fault the service we have had at all.

We rented a property through

We rented a property through Northwoods for just over 18 months and lived in the flat above their branch in Truro! We cannot fault the service we were given by all the staff - it was friendly, professional and thorough. They were always quick to respond to and act upon any queries or concerns we had. Any issues that arose with the property were resolved within a matter of days and we couldn't have asked for a better relationship with Roger (our landlord) and the other Northwoods agents. We were sorry to have to leave such a friendly agents.

Northwood in Truro seem to mean what they say in terms of a Landlord's needs. It might be old fashioned to say it, but Northwood's type of "quality delivery" is the most likely factor to help grow the length of time that exists in a great working relationship. Roger was very personable in

Roger was very personable in the first meeting and discussed the various options available to me in a clear manner. The whole process from start to a recent finish was smooth.

Some of the staff are very unprofessional,they are arrogant and don’t show up to appointments when you want to view an apartment.I would advise Northwood to hire staff with experience and who know what they are doing.
