Booked a viewing and no one turned up after we booked a train ticket and walked to the flat with next to no explanation of what happened. Definately a waste of time and money.

All three members of staff were incredibly rude from the moment we walked in the door as if we had interrupted their day even though there were no other customers there. We were looking to buy a property in the area but we soon left the shop as I could not put up with their attitudes any longer. We then walked round the corner to Freeman Foreman estate agents where we were greeted with a smile, a very warm welcome and are pleased to say have found a beautiful home.

Not impressed. Every time I had a query or an issue I was told to speak to the landlord directly which I found a bit strange - isn't that what a letting agency does? Sorting out issues that their tenant has? Maybe my expectations were a bit high. In the beginning I thought this was just a one-off but soon realised that this is how they operate. By the end of my tenancy I didn't even bother speaking to them anymore as I knew what the response would be and went straight to the landlords who have been very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely not recommend this company.
