Many thanks to David and Scott and their team for helping us sell our property in a challenging market. We very much appreciated their advice, support and tenacity throughout the process and would recommend their services for selling Tunbridge Wells property.

I have dealt with Martin & Co on numerous occasions, I have always found them very helpful, polite and professional. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone. I mainly dealt with Vicky, who could not do enough to help

If i was to have posted this review at the beginning of our tenancy, the rating would be significantly higher. Unfortunately, during the end of our tenancy Tunbridge Wells Martin & Co have been absolutely awful. By law, if the landlord/agent is not renewing your tenancy, you must have written confirmation of this, which we never received, but we’re hassled to send our own email confirming we were moving out. There onwards, communication was sparse- with it taking up to a week to get a response, or at least follow up emails. No communication regarding viewings of the property, telling you the night before that there is a viewing and then no response to emails when you inform them this is not okay. They only contact you when THEY want something, never if you do. Multiple pre-existing issues with the property were promised to be resolved shortly after moving in- however were never fixed and are now being blamed on us, upon moving out. Zero regard for your personal situation, or what is suitable for you, forgetting people work full time and cannot be available to drop things off/take calls whenever Martin and Co want. Hugely upset with my final experiences with this agent, i would not recommend them due to their inconsiderate moving out/end of tenancy process.

Wouldn't recommend as a buyer (no experience as a seller). Misled, use of sneaky tactics and also outright lied to during the purchasing process.

Not very impressed by general level of service from this company. It took them over 2 months to rent my place out and I got a nightmare tenant at the end of it! Second time round, I got a great couple all moved in within 2 weeks of first advertising it myself so it cant have been that hard a sell?!

I was a tenant a few years ago and was disappointed by having a member of your team enter my house without warning or knocking. Since putting up a review i have been harassed with calls and messages from the branch and accused of 'making a mistake' I am writing a review on my experience I dont wish to have a follow up or be contacted daily. They have now accused me of never being a client. Very odd unprofessional behavior all round. Avoid at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism
