I have recently let my property via Belvoir. The market was a bit strange but John, Ben and Debbie toughed it out with me, and we eventually found good tenants. They were excellent at providing updates and keeping me informed with viewings, and giving good advice. They've only been managing the property for me for a few weeks, but have already gone the extra mile in helping me sort an issue that popped up over Christmas and making sure the tenants were looked after. I'd recommend them. Friendly and helpful team.

What a great service, I was moving from the South and properties were being snapped up, I rang and asked them if they could help and they told me about one being available to let, as I was in the area I had a look externally but sadly couldn't view. They went above and beyond, they did a video call so I could view it and it was so lovely, everything was done online over the few weeks and I'm now all moved in. There have been a couple of issues and John has been an absolute gem! The young lad in the office could possibly do with a bit of extra training but Debbie and John have been amazing, would highly recommend them!

Definitely one of the best letting services by far. Viewing to going through their checks was all so simple and they are always in contact and very helpful and welcoming even went the extra mile to help me collect the keys to move in as I moved from down south up to the North East. They had to come back out in the evening using their own time to get the last bits completed that person made me lost for words absolutely wonderful people would highly recommend 5 stars needs to be 10 stars

We registered with many Estate agents but with Belvoir Tynedale we felt that they listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a property we wanted to rent. We met Hazel at the property she showered us around the house, she was knowlegeable about the house and area, we fell in love with the house. BELVOIR team guided us through the application process. Both Hazel and Katie have been really helpful when we have contacted the office re queries and a few minor repairs. They have their own handy man as well as gas contractors as they do the whole management thing for our landlord. We highly recommend you give Belvoir a call as they put your needs first and are friendly and helpful.
