Staff have always been helpful to a fault, good rates and ultimately extremely satisfied with the service. Would definitely use again if I should ever need to rent a second property.
We were very apprehensive regarding renting our property but John and his team at Belvoir took all the strain away from us. I would have no hesitation in using Belvoir again should the need arise.

We have received an excellent customer service from all personnel at Belvoir Tynedale John, Glenis, Laura and Ben. They are all very conscientious and considerate endevouring to be fair to both tenants and landlords.

Very helpful staff in the office, very responsive to emails. It can take a while to get the actual work done though, bit of a bottleneck using only their preferred suppliers.
Telephoned with enquiry re allowing dogs at two specific properties showing as available to rent. The elderly sounding lady answering was nice enough, but presented as a little 'vacant' (sorry) and unsure of what she was doing. I was promised a call back when the question had been posed with the respective owners. No call back. I phoned again to chase this up some days later. The first two attempted calls were silent... with the third call I received a hesitant 'hello' from the very distinct voice of this elderly sounding lady.., before the phone was immediately 'hung up again. Definitely the correct number.. even checked with Belvoir customer support. Comments are being passed to Head Office.
Avoid, far better estate agents in hexham. Do not trust.
